About Us

My name is Juliaan Araujo, former heavy equipment technician turned social media cook and pitmaster! I've had a passion for cooking for as long as I can remember! I am the youngest of 3 siblings from Portuguese immigrant parents, thus food is deeply embedded in my roots! I cook everyday for my family of 5, and share it with all of you! About 7 years ago I really took a liking to cooking with charcoal and wood fire, creating Garden State BBQ as a result!
